1. Warranty Coverage by Category

• Solid Teak Outdoor Dining Furniture: 5-Year Structural Manufacturer Warranty covering joinery integrity, splitting, or structural defects under normal residential outdoor use.
• Cast Iron Fire Features & Chimineas: 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering the structural casting and bowl against cracking under proper wood/charcoal firing conditions.
• Fluted Ceramic Garden Planters: 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against thermal glaze spalling or frost cracking when drained as instructed.

2. How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email support@halfordllc.shop with your original order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect. Our warranty evaluation team will respond within 48 business hours to arrange replacement parts or a complete replacement unit.
